MHS school logo

This is a comparison with the original MHS logo to my imitation (to the right). I copied the background patern, and the horse, but the other two circles I made, I also made two different paths for the different texts. That was it.

The happy Halloween banner. I did this in fireworks with the use of photoshop live effects (inner shadow, drop shadow, and bevel emboss). I also used a small blur which ironically made it look cleaner. The font was ithornet, which makes these weed like plants sprout out from certain letters, such as H. The drop shadow was used with the color red to give it an evil look. Inner shadow color was black, and it helped darken the image a lot... otherwise it would be a very bright orange all over. Finally I put a check in the bevel emboss which took away the flat bland look it had, and gave it a much needed 3D effect.
